Our standard MOQ is 1,000–3,000 pieces per SKU depending on the model and colour combination. Mixed-colour orders are possible within one carton quantity. For new customers we also support trial orders below MOQ with a small surcharge.
Yes — that is our core business. Body, lid and strap colours can be Pantone-matched. Logos can be applied by silk-screen, heat transfer or 3D printing. Packaging can be a plain export carton, colour box or fully custom gift box with barcodes.
Existing-mould samples with your artwork take 5–7 days. Fully custom ODM moulds take 15–25 days for tooling, then 5–7 days for the golden sample. Sample cost is refunded against the bulk order.
Typically 20–30 days after order confirmation and deposit, depending on quantity and season. The exact schedule is confirmed in the proforma invoice before you pay.
We use food-grade PP, Tritan and silicone. Materials comply with EU and FDA food-contact requirements, and material test reports can be provided with every shipment.
Standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T and 70% balance against the B/L copy. Alibaba Trade Assurance and L/C at sight are available for qualified buyers.
FOB Ningbo/Shanghai is standard. We also quote CIF, DAP and DDP to most destinations, including Amazon FBA warehouses with appointment delivery.
Absolutely. We welcome in-person visits in Yongkang, Zhejiang, and we run live video factory tours for overseas buyers — contact us to book a slot.
Only with written authorisation from the rights holder. We regularly produce original artwork and brand-owned characters, and we sign an NDA for every custom project.
